I had a good day on the program today. For my workout, I did WHFN Steamin' Cardio (but I mostly rebounded through it instead of doing the floor aerobics...I just find that rebounding is much more fun and more of a workout).

My calories were on track today. I had a shake for breakfast (300). For lunch I had leftover pasta primavera from the other night with grated parmesan (430) and some Keebler Grasshopper cookies for a snack (245). For dinner I had a vegetarian "chicken" parmesan sandwich on a bagel (540).
