Thursday was a rest day which was a good thing because I was feeling like I needed an exercise break anyway.
My diet wasn't the healthiest on Thursday, but I stayed pretty close to my calorie allotment. I had a shake for breakfast (300). I had a vegetarian pizza "burger" for lunch (500) followed by a bunch of candy (640). That didn't leave me much for dinner so I had a pear just to tide me over (120).
