Exercise: Cardio (preferably ice skating)

Wednesday
Exercise: Strength training
Calories: 1500

Thursday
Exercise: Cardio (preferably tennis)
Calories: 1400

Friday
Exercise: Strength Training
Calories: 1800

Saturday
Exercise: Cardio
Calories: 3000

Sunday
Exercise: Rest
Calories: 1500
